Hi,
I have an urgent question. I am a US and Israeli citizen. I am here on a Tier 2 visa from the US. I have lost my previous job but managed to find a new one before the curtailment letter arrived but was still more then 60 days gap period. My new company has sponsored me and I am already working and I received my new biometric card. But, the Home Office said that there was an error with the card and that I needed to give it back to them.
I am due to travel on the 7th of Dec for a holiday and its been over a week and they have not returned the biometric card to my lawyer and said that they cannot give a time frame as they need to make a decision.
1. I am concerned about what is the error and what decision are they still making since I was already approved?
2. Is it legal for me to leave the country on a different passport and come back?
3. I am due in court for a small personal matter...can this in any way affect their decision on my visa after approval?
Any suggestions would help greatly. Thanks in advance!
