FLRFP /tier 2/ILR

Post by Micky990 » Mon Dec 18, 2017 2:06 pm

Hi seniors,
I am an Indian National lives in Uk since April 2009.currently served by a curtailment letter till 30th of December as my husbands employer company is liquidated.(I was on his dependent visa)
He is a mechanical engineer was in working automotive projects.we looked for options or tier 2 but there is not anything available when it comes to the sponsorship.there are parent companies ready to give the visa but they need a us to get a job contract first. And when we look for job contacts they ask for visa first.
We also looked for student visa but not getting admissions as we got the curtailment letter.
I will be eligible for ILR 10 year route in April 2019 which is 16 months from now.
Is there any options which I can legally extend my stay till then?
The last option we think is FLRO or FLRFP
But will it affect my continuous stay if l apply for one of them ?or is it get refused?
What are the options to switch from a FLRO Or FLRFP status?
Is there any application I can make if the FLRFP gets refused?
Please respond ASAP ,
thank you

This is not permitted on a Tier 2 General visa, i.e. contracting. He needs to find a sponsor on the official HO sponsor list. You don't really have a lot of time to be honest. Another visa might be Tier 1 Ent if you have access to £200k.

These applications to 'buy time' are not taking long anymore and are quickly refused as it is obvious why such a frivolous and vexatious application has been submitted. There is no longer an FLR(O). It is FLR(FP) and you have to have compelling reasons to get one of these. Many are refused, even parents of British children.
