Spouse visa payslip question

Hi

I’ve got a question regarding my wife application. I’ve got my own estate agency and we both are directors getting salary and dividends. My accountant gave me a confirmation letter but it is signed as company name instead of actual person name e.g Regards. XYZ Accountant sign: XYZ Accountant. Is this ok or the letter has to be signed by actual person who is qualified. I asked my accountant and he said his firm is registered so need for a person to sign.

Also regarding payslips can I print on plain A4 paper or company letter head and sign and stamp. Is this acceptable.
