Visit visa for Spouse of British citizen

Post by ABUK23 » Tue Feb 06, 2018 8:31 am

Dear all,

Great forum.

I am British citizen currently living as an expat abroad, i recently got married and planning to stay outside UK for a while still. however i want to visit UK and see my family etc and want my wife to join me.

What would be the best visa to apply for her? i understand spouse visa is slightly complicated? would visit visa be ok in my situation? if so would that be family visitor category?

Appreciate if some one could assist.

Many Thanks

Thanks Vinny.

Very similar situation to the post.

However please note that i have only been married few weeks? and my wife is fully dependent on me? she doesn't work and i can easily meet the requirement of our travel and adequate funds+ accommodation etc. The fact we only got married recently would have any negative impact?

Thanks
