Hi

Can I retired person with a weekly income from his pension sponsor a family member from India?

Can provide bank statements showing pension coming in also a letter from DWP stating amount of weekly pension amount.

Can also include bank account showing savings.

What evidence of financial, social, family, property etc in the home country will this person provide to convince the ECO they are a genuine visitor?

How long is the proposed visit?

they can provide proof of property ownership bank statements showing regular deposits from crop sales. they can also submit land documents.

Visit will be for 3 weeks

The Uk sponsor has previously successfully sponsored the individual but has now retired so can not submit wage slips and employment info so just want to know if being retired is going to cause a problem.
