My Husband Not Getting Deported.

So my ex husband who was an Asylum Seeker from Pakistan was an abusive husband and has many convictions against me by assaulting me. FOR TWO YEARS I have been fighting with the Home Office to send him back. AS he is a FNO ( Foreign National Offender) & in 2016 he traveled back to the country were he was claiming Asylum from for a holiday because his claim was all fake. The Border Control still let him in which is totally unfair. In April 2018 Immigration detained him and revoked his status & he put in an appeal. Since then he is out on immigration bail and I just dont know what to do as I think that the Home Office are taking the piss and keeping him here for no reason.

Why are you so worried about him not getting deported?
Home office don’t have to listen to you or tell you what they will do against him.
