tourist visa- death in the family

Post by Raanya » Mon Nov 26, 2018 6:00 am

hi

My father in law passed away yesterday and my in laws are planing to get me there along with my daughter for his funeral. My daughter has a British passport so no concerns for her but I have a spouse visa refusal in 2013 and my new file for spouse visa is yet to be filed. I got a refusal due to financial requirements but now he meets all the requirements and was planning to file soon but this happened.

I just want to know will i get a visa if i want to attend the funeral services???

I will be taking the return ticket as I have to resume work back home also and my HR will provide me a letter for the same.

Shall I add any extra documents to make sure I get the visa????
