Leave to Remain with CIFAS

Hi All

I have a query regarding my PBS Leave to Remain. Unfortunately my bank has reported me to their Fraud Prevention Agency which is CIFAS and I have a bad marker. Can you please advise how it can impact my visa renewal? Home Office does have access to CIFAS and I will be declaring it in my application but does anybody know how it could affect my visa application? I have checked with different forums, CIFAS is an information sharing database and is not a criminal record. Has anyone come across this situation before?

I have got CIFAS Category 4 – Application Fraud, Facility Refused for not giving right information on my credit card application.
