We applied to bring over my dads sister to see their mum from pakistan. My grandmother is 85 years old and is not fit to travel and our aunty would like to see her for 1 final time.
Our aunty is 60 years old. My sister who is sponsoring her is 27 years old. The home office rejected our 1st application due to my sisters bank account overdrawn despite her sending a savings account statement with £10k+ in it which the officer overlooked. My aunty is a housewife there. What can we do because as most of you know its hard to get proof of income in most of pakistan. The immigration officer seems to think she wont go back. She has money in her bank account but obviously because its nlt a wage she cant prove where its from. I have attached the refusal letter.
