IHS Refund - Child or Other Dependant of Settled Person(ILE)

Hi ,

Can anyone help to let me know if I can get refund for IHS fee.Myself and my wife are on ILR and I applied for my son's ILE 4 months back and had received the visa - Indefinite Leave to Enter a month ago. Paid for Immigration Health Surcharge £600 when I applied for the visa but I haven't received the refund yet.

It seems like many had received refund and I also checked the following link

which says that you don't need to pay for IHS when you’re applying for indefinite leave to remain

Can anyone advice please on whether I would be eligible for a IHS refund and if so, how should I contact UKVI regarding the refund ?

The refund, if applicable, is usually refunded automatically within a couple of months.

Yes, you should get a refund, it can take a few weeks.
