Permanently live and work in UK

Post by Aambac » Wed Feb 27, 2019 8:50 am

Hi folks,

I’m after some advice here regarding my brother. I’m a British citizen and settled in UK. My younger brother lives in Pakistan and I’d like to migrate him to uk with his 2 under 18 kids. He’s not got any exceptional talent other than being a Software Developer. He worked in Dubai for 7 years but contract finished sonhad to move back to Pakistan. Please can someone advice what’s the best route to take for him to migrate to UK. He also applied for visit visa a while back but it was rejected due lack to documentation.

Please advice
Many thanks
Aam

You can't sponsor him as a British citizen family member.

Where is the mother of the children?? Unlikely he would be able to bring the children on PBS visas if the mother does not also apply to come to the UK.

The only visa options that he might have is Tier 4 Student visa or Tier 2 General visa. He will need a sponsor for both and meet the requirements.
