Travel after Biometrics

Hi,
I currently have a ICT- Tier 2 visa and hold a BRP which is valid until Aug2020.
I recently applied for a PBS tier 2 dependent visa as a standard application from within the UK.
I have done my biometrics on 26feb 2019 via new online system.
Now I am waiting for a decision on my visa.
Although I still have rights to work and remain in the UK.
While I am waiting for my new BRP, I still have current BRP.
I need to travel outside the UK within a month.
So if I don't receive my new BRP by then, can I still travel?
