Impact of no-deal Brexit on ILR rules and regulations

Hi there,

Guys, do you think in case the UK leaves the EU without a deal (which is the most likely outcome) would there be changes to the eligibility of ILR on 10 years continues lawful residence routes?

In June 2019 I will be eligible for ILR on the based of 10 years lawful residence in the UK. I'm just wondering in case of the UK leaves the EU without a deal, would this immigration be changed or removed.

Brexit affect EU citizens and their family on the EEA/EU route and does not affect applications under the UK domestic Immigration rules.

The UK immigration Rules do NOT rely on the EU or the EU regulations.
