Sponsoring visit visa to parent when my application is in appeal.

Hello everyone

Very difficult situation for me, my ILR was refused last year and my appeal is still pending in First Tribunal.

In the mean while can I sponsor my Parents to visit us in UK? (as we cant leave the country)

If I can, what document/explanation I can provide?

How can u sponsor someone for visit visa, when u haven't got a visa for yourself?
