Dear Members,

I am British Indian, but I have a friend, he has overstayed and been caught twice by home office. He wanted to invite his mum but he's asking for me to send her sponsorship.

Should I sponsor as I am sponsoring my parents next year, will it effect on my parent application.


Just to let you know that I never met his mum and we are from same state but different city. I met him here.

Just need your advice.

How could you even begin to think that you sponsoring his Mum is sensible or viable. Do not go anywhere near this, it is a terrible idea in so many ways.

The last thing you want to do is establish a link with him, almost certainly get a refusal out of it and have it linked to your name.
