BRP to ILR

I have an ILR sticker in my passport and want to transfer to a BRP card. I know the rule for ILR is maximum leave of no longer than 2 years. In the form i have to state any leaves from the UK for over 6 months and I have at least 4 occasions. Would that effect the chances of getting the card?
