Baby due and we are on Ancestry Visa

Hi there, we have been in the uk on an ancestral visa for 2 years and 2 months(May 2017) from South African. Found out we have a baby due end of March 2020. Wanted to wait for ILR but i guess things happened. :)
What will we need to do in terms of adding the baby to our visa. Not quite sure where we would need to start and how much it will cost as we will already be saving for ILR for myself, fiance and our son who is 5. So will be better finding out sooner rather than later.
