Applying for Medical VISA while in UK

Hello Veterans,

I'm on ICT Work VISA for the last 3 years. My visa is valid till 2020. We are undergoing a medical treatment in private. There is a probability for my work to end prematurely before the visa validity, but we need to stay for a month or two for my medical treatment.

If we want to extend our stay beyond my work end date, Can I apply for medical VISA and Switch to Medical VISA so that i can stay to complete my treatment after my work ends in UK. I'm in a very delicate situation, please guide me and let me know my options.

I can manage my expense & support myself till we complete our medical treatment.

I have BRP expiring by Jan 2020/ but have CAS till Non/2020

No need to apply for another visa for one month. Simply leave when you are done but before visa expiry or curtailment date if your visa is curtailed
