Dear Friends

We have applied for a visitor visa to my mother in law ( widowed). It has been more than 2 weeks since the application was submitted/received by deputy high commission.

Is this expected to be normal or should i possibly start enquiring given this time VFS had introduced online document upload and i now wonder if there are any missing / broken points in the process which effects the application?
