How to confirm if Home Office already send decision and we couldn’t received?

Hello,
I am trying long shot. Actually I applied for my kids Registration and already took more then two months. I am following Mn1 application timeline and I found out some of application taking few weeks and some taking more then 3 months as well but most of them mention they didn’t received any confirmation but received certificate in Post. I have post delivery problem as I am living in flats and most of time my post misplaced. So please can someone tell me certificates home office send is required sign? If not any way I contact them and confirm if they already send?

Just the call centre. You won't be able to speak to the specific caseworker. The call centre also cannot see everything on the application and can only put a note on the record.
