Hello there...

I was on spouse dependent visa, due to domestic violence I cancelled that visa & applied for DV ILR...

Now I’m in DV ILR. In future if we both wanted to be together in this country do I need to apply for spouse dependent visa again....?

Or

Can I stay with him with the same current visa (DV ILR)... ?

Kindly could some one help me about my query..?

Thank you.

If you have been granted ILR then you are settled in the UK. You do not need any visa and your status is NOT dependent on anyone. You can stay here permanently regardless of your relationship status
