Help plz .... Again...

Good evening all
I got private life visa after 20 years of mixed legal n overstayer status. Got visa jan 2020. Got good job with 36 k wages straight away. I have applied for visa for my wife( was here n over stayed n left to India 3 years ago with one year ban for overstaying )and daughter ( was never here before )in November at vfs hyd India. They recommended to use premium service ( 30 working days) against normal (60 working days). 30 days are well over still waiting for the response. It costed us an extra £1500.
Only correspondence I had was regarding nhs surcharge for daughter ( which we couldn’t pay because of a problem in the website as it said free for kids but we know homeoffice will get back to us asking for it )
My questions are
1) what are the chances of getting visa for wife n daughter as my visa is private life
( plz keep in mind I always told home office in my applications that I want to b with family )
2) will I b able to claim that extra £1500 back as I didn’t get response in 30 days
3)how long will it take to get the response generally?

The part in the parentheses is superfluous and irrelevant. The Home Office would tell you that you are always free to leave the UK to live with your family.

Keep in mind that even people who are born British citizens have strict conditions and immigration requirements for their non-EEA spouses.

No. You pay for the processing, regardless of what the outcome is.
