Concluded and issued

We applied for family visit visa back in oct 31-2021, today we got an email in the morning,we are 4 people.In which my parents got email which states ‘visa has been issued ‘ since they had traveled uk in past and me and my sister got email which state ‘ visa is concluded’ and we applied for first time.

What does it mean?
Did anyone else have the experience?

A definitive answer will be when you received your passports and or documents back. Wording of letter could be similar yet outcome not exactly same.
