Can I confirm that the 28 day rule for dated documents is the date from when you paid for the visa rather than the date you are attending at the centre?

The relevant date is the date of submission and payment and NOT the biometric appointment date.

I have just realised I forgot to purchase the title deeds before paying and submitting application.

Will it cause an issue if I purchase the title deeds now? The date will show after the submission and payment of appliction
