Citizenship application for child

Hello
I am now a British citizenship and my son aged 13 has now been in Uk for 5 years as a dependent on my previous Tier2. Can I apply straight to Citizenship or I have to go the ILR first? Thanks for your assistance.

The child needs ILR first. Child can apply for ILR when your partner does.
