Will I be refused entry

Hi. I need your input please . I applied for PSS in 2021 however I was denied due to the fact that they belived I was in a marriage of convenience . I could not appeal the decision as I had left the UK to meet my very sick father and ended up staying in my country just dealing with a lot including divorce with my spouse. I have to travel for my little sister's graduation - I still have a 5 year visit visa.
I'm scared will be refused entry or maybe my visa has been curtailed . Do you think I should cancel the trip
