Track of application process - how does it work?

Hello everyone. If anyone know the answers to my question, would really appreciate!

Just applied for uk visitor visa. Biometrics taken yesterday and passport sent with courier yesterday . I did not use VFS Global or TLS Contact to provide biometrics, that was done in a government office in the country where I applied from(Gibraltar) What would be the next steps? Because I didn’t use the commercial partners, will I get any notifications of the application steps by email? Many thanks

You will get an email for sure - directly from UKVI, but not for every "step" they perform, so probably the approval next.
Looking at your previous posts you applied for British citizenship, but no further details. If you are an EU citizen you can normally enter the UK as visa-free visitor.
