My MIL's visit was refused on 21/01/24 but she has not received a call to collect the passport from the vfs Mirpur office in Pakistan (she has visited the office in person 3 times in Mirpur but they keep telling her they are not sure how long it will take)
Anyone had a similar experience and how long did it take to get your passport back? My friend submitted his MIL's application a few days after me and received the passport back within 3 working days from the decision letter(Lahore office).
I would appreciate any advice in this situation as we are desperate to reapply for the visit visa.
