visiting visa for 23 year old daughter of skilled worker visa holder

Hi, myself and wife living in the UK, wife on skilled worker visa and I am on dependent visa and both of us working, and we are living In a single bedroom rented apartment. We are here for just below two years.
We plan to bring our 23 year old daughter by the end of this year for a short visit, say 3 weeks max. she is studying in India.(Doing her PhD)
She doesn't own any land or any FD. She has got salary/stipend only. In that case what are requirements I should meet to get a visa? How can we show her "strong roots" to India in such a situation?
