Visit visa for parents.

I am planning on applying a visit visa for parents.
Need advise on finance requirements.
Wanted to show a regular source of income for parents. They will be self funding their travel but i will provide docs that they will stay with me ans wife in our mortgaged home.

Both mom and Dad have FD and get interest paid.
Parents get FD interests paid into my moms account every quarter, my dad although has FDs on his name the return is paid on maturity.
As monies are technically in my moms name, do we require a consent to use letter from my mom to use the funds between my mom and dad..?
They have will show FD in my dads name to show.
Additionally they have some 160k INR in a everyday acc in my dads name, that are outside of an FD.
To show fixed assets do we need to submit property docs or a elec and municpal billing in my dads name.is enough?
Do I have their to/fro flights booked/reserved
Given the above funds they use, is this a satisfactory requirement for applying a visit visa..?

Keep in mind that for visit visas, what is far more important is proof of their ties to the country of habitual residence. While proof of financial resources is important, also be sure to include proof of why they need to return back to their country of habitual residence before the end of the visit visa.
