Hi,

I am due to apply ILR in April. Could somebody post the checklist of ILR documents? Also any idea how long will it take to get appoitment with PEO Croydon?

You do not tell us on what basis you will be applying for ILR, so it is impossible to answer your query.

But I have to say the answer is bound to be ...... whatever the application form you are using tells you to submit.

My answer is the same. Look at the application form you are using, and read the guidance about supporting documentation that is contained within that form.

You are due to apply for ILR in April. What is the earliest date you can apply? I ask because the application fee increases on 01.04.09. When did you first arrive in the UK, back in 2004?

I agree with that. I was just trying to see if you were able to make the application on or before 31.03.09 ..... and now see that would be impossible. So for you, no one to avoid the fee increase.

I suspect that a new version of the application form will be become available later this month, and you will need to use that. Hopefully the differences will only relate to the fee payable, but then, who knows?
