Help needed.. for visit visa of my mother from pakistan

Post by Sohail4peace » Sun Mar 27, 2011 6:58 pm

Hi batley khan

Can you please send me Sponser letter format and Invitation letter format for my mother to whom I want to invite in uk on visit visa.

Secondly please tell us under these circumstances can I invite my mother from pak on visit basis:

1) I am on housing benfit, Child benifit, child and working tax credit.
Me and my husband are working for almost 20 to 25 hours in a week.

2) We have joint account here in uk and saving almost £ 2000.

3) My mother has some property in pakistan and she has saving of almost 6 to 8 lak in pak Rs.

Please help and guide us.

Thanks in advance.

1) I am on housing benfit, Child benifit, child and working tax credit.
Me and my husband are working for almost 20 to 25 hours in a week.
This could be a concern as people who are on benefits sponsoring relatives is not seen favourably.
2) We have joint account here in uk and saving almost £ 2000.
Would help, but things would again fall back to your first point
3) My mother has some property in pakistan and she has saving of almost 6 to 8 lak in pak Rs.

This could be viewed as "converting all your savings and moving to the UK" to settle angle.

She (and you) have to prove to the visa officer that she is going to visit UK for x number of days/months post which she will (and has strong reason to) return to Pakistan.
