does anybody know, should i pay rent if i am unemployed, when i live with somebody who recieve housing/allowance benefit?

they dont know for now but maybe they will find out, i dont know.

If someone in the household is claiming benefit as a single occupant this is benefit fraud and liable to prosecution. If you are under Immigration control you risk having your application for ILR refused if your spouse is claiming as a single person, but as you haven't given any details of your situation it's not possible to advise you further.

Edit: OK, I've trawled back through your posts and see that you're here on an EEA family permit with your husband who has a Hungarian passport.
Are you living with your husband in the council accommodation and it's your husband claiming benefit as a single tenant?

oh, no.
we will temporary stay with our friend in his flat. he is on benefits.
so i am asking do we need to pay a part of his rent, we are both unemployed for now.
i know when we find jobs we must pay a some part, but i dont know for now....?

Your friend needs to declare you are living there if he is receiving housing benefit.

Your " friend " must seek permission from the council before you move in . It is unlikely they will give this and I expect he is hoping to get some money from you without telling anyone .

i went to the citizen advice, they said that anybody who lives in a council flat have a right to recieve "guests" for the first 6 weeks without paying to anyone. thete is no need to tell anyone from benefits.
after that time, "guests" must pay small amount weekly
this is in case "guests" does not working.
if they work, there is precicely ammount which they shold pay, depening of sallary
maybe this help somebody who is in simmilar situation like me

Guests are visitors not persons living there . Your post is not entirely correct the council must be informed of anyone living at the flat , yes guests are ok but it will be a thin line of what constitutes a guest and you will need to abide by their rules .
