Uk Standard visitor visa - Payment taken three times

Hi All
I need your help as I applied for standard uk visitor visa for my parents from Delhi
While making a payment i used PayPal method but the form was not submitted , I tried one more time from PayPal but the form didn’t submit again
Finally I made the payment using credit card and it was ok
When i checked my bank account the PayPal payments were also deducted
I got payment confirmation email with 3 reference number for each transaction
Could you please advise how can I ask for refund via email or any other method
