Can ICT visa holders have options to settle in the UK and obtain ILR?

Hi,

I hold an ICT dependent visa valid from November 2016 until October 2025.
What are the possible routes for me to settle in the UK after my visa has expired?

My first child DoB December 2001 currently on a masters program
My second child DoB September 2003 currently on an undergraduate degree
My third child DoB June 2006 currently in college
Is there any possible visa route for them to settle in the UK and obtain ILR?

The only route possible on your current visa will be if you and your dependents each accumulate 10 years long residence and meet the requirements.

Alternatively switch to Skilled Worker visa if you cannot get to 10 years on ICT. Tricky sometimes when your children are adults, so think carefully.
