Actually ,I got a GC for 30k per annum salary and the weekly salary mentioned on my permit is 576 which gives an yearly salary of 30034 when multiplied by the number of weeks in an year 52.143 and monthly salary of 2502.86.
Currently I am getting 2500 per month. So should I ask my company to increase my salary to 2502.86 per month to match the permit weekly salary or should they keep it as 2500 per month only
(They gave me an offer letter of 30k which I submitted for my appliction) ?
I am worried as on the citizeninformation website it says that "Provided that you are still working in the same occupation, for the same employer and for at least the same salary as stated on your Green Card permit you will be given a Stamp 4 permission for 2 years."
so it says that salary should be atleast same as that stated on the permit
so should it be 30034/year , 2502.86/month (as on the permit) or 30000/year , 2500 /month (as on the offer letter and application).
If some can share there weekly salary given on the permit , it may clearify for me also.
