LOST JOB sundering sigh route - wife has temp card advice

Post by robsters » Wed Jun 17, 2015 5:58 pm

Hello

Can anyone on this forum advise us what to do with our situation? basically i lost my job today but luckly i been doing a part time job on weekends which i can get more hours from however the other job is a contract that just says (you can work a maximum of 30-40 hours a week) however you are only lucky to get 25-30 at best depending on the weather as its an outside job. My wife has her temp card already and already waiting for the full card, should i inform the immigration straight away i lost my main job we used for the residence card application? i am worried will not accept my other job or even question why i never told them i had a 2nd job as contract is dated from april this year. i will also be looking for a new job to replace the one i lost. whats best way to deal with this situation .

i am worried my wife will get sent home if they find out i lost my job and other job is not seen as suitable as it could be deemed a zero hour contract? but contract states "up to 30-40 hours a week" and says nothing about zero hours

if someone can reply with answer what to do asap kind regards....last letter we got said they will review our application and would have an answer by september, my wife temp card valid until october
