Hi, I have stamp 5 EUFAM and thinking to go back UK can anyone tell me which application should I submit there or i can apply from IRELAND.

And what is the doc need to submit with application ?

According to your other post here (click), you are an EU National!!!

EU nationals don't need a visa for the UK.

Yes, I am but asking behalf of my friend he have stamp4 efam.

Then you either need to state that you are asking on behalf of someone else or your 'friend' needs to register and ask their own questions.
