Stamp 4EUFAM Approved..FINALLY!!!

Hi All,

I'm an EU citizen married with s non EU woman who received her temporary stamp on the 9th May 2016 with a a letter enclosed stating that the decision of a permanent residence card was due on the 9th of November.

Today is the 2nd of December and we did not hear from INIS - almost 1 month of delay.

Her temporary residence card is expiring on Feb 2017 and she will be in danger of loosing her job if she doesn't give the new residence card to her employer.

EU Treaty rights doesn't answer to our email so, based on your experience, do you think her residence card is on the way? During all this time they never asked for further documentation....

Hi,

The subject of the post seems misleading.

There isn't much you can do and INIS experiencing delays is a known fact. Suggest sit tight and wait. Hopefully it won't be long before you have a good news.
