Hi everyone!
I'm a non-EU married to an EU citizen(British) living in Ireland 13 years. In 2015 I brought my son to Ireland after he lost his job in my home country. He studied English for a year(on a student visa) and then we applied for a EU1 residence card as Child (over 21 and dependent). We sent all documents apart from one:* Evidence of dependency of the spouse of the EU citizen*. I wrote a letter to them explaining that I couldn't find the Money transfer receipts proving that I sent money to him and his grandmother(He lived with her at the time). As you may guess, He got a refusal letter and 15 days to request for a review. He has no home to go back to. His 2 siblings already live here with us and he wants to stay with his family in Ireland. I finally found the receipts but they only cover 2004 to 2009 after that he was supporting himself. Also before Christmas, we got a letter from EU treaty asking for other documents that has nothing to do with his application. I look up on INIS website and the documents they were asking were for EU1 A for a member of the household(which is not his case). That made us very confused.
Question is Can he send the receipts with the EU4 form or should he make a fresh EU1 application. My husband was made redundant in the meantime, will that be another reason for them to refuse again?
I would very much appreciate if anyone can help.
