"Letter of undertaking" to support short-stay C visa

Hi,
I am going to apply short stay-c Visa for my dependent parents & brother who wishes to join me(British Citizen) under EU Directive 2004/38/EC.
In support to this I am looking for a " Letter of undertaking/ Declaration " from anyone whose application was successful.
