Holding UK Tier 2 ICT Visa. Info on Ireland Work Visa process

Hi,

I am holding UK Work Visa(Tier 2 ICT). I am Indian citizen. For applying Ireland work Visa,

• Can I apply in UK? Or Should I go back to Home country(India) to apply?

You can apply from the UK as long as you have a valid residence permit at all times when the application is in progress. It might take a few months to get the work permit and another month or so to get the visa, depending on whether your employer is a trusted partner, and whether you apply for a critical skills work permit or a general one.
