Look for contract work in Ireland

Hi
I am a British Citizen by naturalisation and have got around 12 years of work experience in IT industry. Because of IR35 rule to be imposed in UK from April, i would like to search for contracting jobs in Ireland or anywhere to manage my current financial situation.

Can anyone please help me what should be the ideal daily rate i should ask for to commute weekly to London as my family is living in London.

Hello

This is not an immigration question really.

You are British Citizen (we don't care if by naturalisation or birth) so you are exempt from immigration control in the UK.

The daily rate for IT contractors in London varies from £200/£300 to £800+ with a lot of contracts around the £500/day rate. You will have to commute to London if your employer is in London.

Check on job search websites. Many published offers include a salary bracket. I recommend Jobserve, Reed, LinkedIn... etc.
