Atypical working scheme

Hello,
I have submitted all the documents for atypical working scheme for ireland.
I got the job opportunity in Dublin and recieved the atypical letter of approval also.now the problem is I have lost my old expired passport but I had the front and back copies which is submitted along with the new passport.they have asked me to submit the police report on lost old passport.thus I informed the police station and they gave me a report signed by the police inspector and I submitted to the visa office.now my concern is ,is there any chances of refusing the visa?totally confused.. awaiting a kind reply.
