Irish ICT Professinal Visa Holder Tax Back ???

Hi ,

I am ICT professional visa holder and currently doing IT job in dublin. I have question if any body knows that how Tax back scehme works ?

Due to some personal reason I needed to go to my home country for 3,4 months. I have resigned from my current job and I want to apply for Tax Back .

My question is if I apply for my tax back , will it effect my current visa status ? and If i come back in ireland at end of year or beging of next year what will be the situation ?

PS : I am non EU
