Chenchooliah extention

Post by ali2023 » Wed Mar 01, 2023 1:52 am

Hi friends,
Hope everyone is fine. Can anyone share his experience or information further extension under Chenchooliah category visa. Last year I have received stamp 1 under chenchooliah category which is still valid for more than 6 months. Now last week I received a letter in which they required number of documents from last 5 years including current job letter.

Thanks.

Hi Ali2023,

I also have a chenchoolia temporary permission for one year which will expire in July 2023.
I also received a letter and a criminal record form on 30 January. they asked me record from 2018, lease.
agreement, revenue record, hospital and doctor record, three recent pay slips, letter from employer, bank
statement and two pictures. they gave me fifteen working days to submit the documents, I have already
submit and still waiting for reply.

everyone in chenchoolia case is receiving this letter for updated documents, from minister will decide
the long-term position in the state. I heard that some people are receiving stamp 4 and some stamp 1.
Can you please tell me what they asked you in the letter.

Hi Lenovo,
Thank you for sharing your experience. Exactly the same documents they asked from me as well. As you told that some people granted Stamp1 and few of them stamp4.

In both stamps do they have business permission specially in Stamp 1.

Thanks.

Hi,

yes, you are allowed to do business when you get three years stamp. Azeem has three-year stamp and I think he can do business.

Hi Lenovo,
I do not receive reply yet. I think this is because we still have valid visa and that's why they are taking time. If you will have any information please share with me. I will also share with you.

Thanks

Hi Ali,

When did you send you documents. Did you receive any letter after sending the documents? when your visa is expiring? I sent my documents on 16 February and received a confirmation letter of documents receiving from department on 20 February. MY visa expiry date is end of July 2023.

Hi Ali,

My solicitor wrote them letter today to get update about my case, let's see what they say.
Who told your solicitor that they are determining to refuse or approve the cases now a days.
If are still determining, how Azeem got three-year stamp 1.
what your solicitor says about chenchooliah cases. Are people getting visas and what are the chances to
get the visa.

Hi Lenovo,
I requested him to advise which stamp they are giving in Chenchooliah extension so he wrote me the above and after that they can give stamp 1 or stamp4.

Did you get response?

Thanks
