Hi,
We had applied for Tier 1 (Ent) and was refused saying the supporting letter from the bank (stating the main applicant's name cannot be mentioned in the main letter) was not genuine. But they had confirmed the main letter containing the third party's account details and amount, etc was genuine.
So we appealed against the decision and submitted a new letter from the bank stating that the supporting letter was actually authentic.
The judge allowed the appeal and even directed home office to refund the appeal fee.
Today (7th Sep) we received the letter from home office asking for our bank details for them to transfer the appeal amount back to us.
[1] Do you know what else is there in the procedure before we actually get the visa? Any estimated time it will take?
[2] Since they issue BRP cards now, will they still need us to send them the passports?
[3] Also, is there still a possiblity that they can refuse the visa again stating some other issues? or are they bound to stamp the visa once you win an appeal?
Thanks
