Judicial Reviews! (Guru response required)

Post by kim1 » Fri Apr 05, 2013 8:46 am

Guru's

My question is, how does one qualify for Judicial Review and how and when can one lodge it.

Keeping in mind I am asking for applicant's applying outside UK and have been turned down in administrative review.

Regards

Kim1,may I ask you why do you want to prefer a judicial review rather than other remedies available to you outside the UK.

I haven't gone through what vinny suggested as of yet but I am going to go through all of it, just to understand my options and what exactly options are in detail.

For now I am opting for a Administrative review , and my understanding is/was that if turned down, I can go for a judicial review, but how and when do I qualify for JR. (Just trying to acquaint myself with the system for now)

Mr.Legal what other remedies are there for an applicant outside UK plz elaborate.
