Applying for Dependants - Out of UK

Got Tier1 Entreprenuer Migrant Visa and now want to apply for dependants. I had mentioned in my original application that my dependants will travel with me and have also mentioned their details and passport number. I have the required maintenance funds in my account for all the dependants. Please advice should i apply for all the dependants or not.

My family will not travel before december becasue my wife is expecting next month.
Is there any time frame requirement for travelling after issuance of visa for dependants ?
What about my new born baby can i apply for baby after birth? although i have not mentoned in my original application.
