applying for dependant

I recently received my tier 1 visa for myself from outside uk under 200k
I am in London and have registered myself as sole trader running a retail outlet in London
Now I would like to apply for my dependants (wife and 2 kids under 5 years)
WHAT are the documents I need to submit n how do I go on about the whole process
